APPROACH

Briefing session set up to allow us to understand your hiring needs, requirements, timescales and budgets.

Bespoke delivery solution created considering your needs, requirement, timescales and budget. This will also include agreed SLA’s on delivery, interview feedback and process which will allow you to hire within your given timescale.

Candidates will be sourced from multiple online platforms and recruitment sites as well as our large internal database. Utilizing on-shore and off-shore delivery models enables us to create strong and well qualified candidate lists in a very short timescale.

We will allocate a dedicated Account Manager who will be focused on the success of your hiring campaign, they will be responsible for ensuring that SLA’s are achieved and a high-quality service is delivered. Once candidates are generated the Account Manager will be responsible for delivering a well-screened high-quality shortlist of candidates to be considered for interview. They will support you through the hiring campaign and will be as motivated as you to complete the hiring campaign.
